Warranty Executive (Automotive Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team in Damansara City Mall.

Key Responsibilities

Process claims for validity and accuracy in a timely manner.

Process all necessary documents pertaining to warranty claims, payables, and parts for every warranty claim.

Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance.

Maintain detailed notes about warranty issues.

Understand standard warranty coverages and purchased coverages.

Perform administrative duties from ordering to arrival, submission of reimbursement, and issuing notification to owners.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have

Experience in the automotive industry or related field.

Certification in sales or marketing.

Job Type

Full-time

5 days a week

Salary

Basic : RM3,000 per month

KPI allowance : Up to RM300
