Job Description

The Personal Financial Executive (PFE) is responsible for providing personalised financial advice and services to clients while promoting Retail Banking products. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding individual financial needs, and offering tailored banking and investment solutions.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote Retail Banking products.
• Meet with clients to discuss their financial needs, goals, and concerns.
• Develop and present customized financial plans that align with clients’ short- and long-term objectives.
• Actively participate in sales and promotional activities.
• Gather and analyze financial data to offer financial advisory services to customers.
• Cross-sell products and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Acquire new customers and nurture a new customer base through effective relationship management.
• Proactively manage and build customer relationships, providing excellent after-sales service.
• Attend to all customer requests and complaints promptly.
• Solicit and submit financing applications to relevant stakeholders for decision-making and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
