Manager, Strategy

Responsibilities

Drive the development of the company's corporate strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify market expansion opportunities.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leaders on key business decisions, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entry.

Develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic & operational initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic & operational initiatives, identifying potential risks, and recommending adjustments as needed.

Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and updates on the company\'s strategic performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

At least 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.

Strong research, analytical, and quantitative analysis skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present strategies to key stakeholders and the Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.

Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
