Role Overview :

As the Business Development Director, you will spearhead the firm's growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our market presence locally and regionally. You will work closely with the design and project teams to align business goals with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Lead client acquisition efforts, including pitching, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are met and projects are aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
