Responsibilities
Handle driver recruitment and onboarding, including applications, briefing sessions, safety inductions.Manage daily works-ticket operations – opening, keying-in, verifying toll statements, calculating totals, and filing.Oversee driver records and compliance, including license & GDL renewals.Perform financial and administrative tasks, such as managing petty cash, cash vouchers, and verifying fuel receipts.Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and port authorities for documentation and access pass matters.Provide general HR and office administrative support, ensuring all records and files are properly labeled, organized, and up to date.Benefits
