We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategies and campaigns for our luxury property developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to position our property projects as luxury lifestyle brands .
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) to generate quality leads and drive sales performance .
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with premium agencies, vendors, and business partners .
• Manage marketing budgets, oversee content creation, and ensure impactful and timely project launches .
• Conduct market research and provide insights to guide product positioning, branding, and business decisions .
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Project Development, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment of branding and communication strategies .
