2、Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product line expansion and improvement.

3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchants, category managers, and data analysts to develop and execute assortment strategies.

4、Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely product availability.

5、Monitor competitors' assortments and benchmark performance to stay ahead in the market.

6、Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of assortment decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

7、Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience and drive operational efficiency. Job Requirements 1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2、Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or category management, with a focus on assortment planning and optimization.

3、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

6、Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

7、Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends is preferred.
