To assist doctor in all aspects of clinic operation including registration, consultation, procedures and customer service. To assist in clinic administration work, make sure all medical items and medication and related medical items are in stock. Provide excellent and follow up service towards customers & professional treatment and beauty consultation. Provide professional recommendations on skincare products, treatments and packages to customers. Arranging appointments and protect patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications

Positive attitude, responsible, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Passionate and interested in beauty industry. Ability to work independently. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
