We are looking for a strategic and growth-focused Manager of Growth and Marketing to accelerate our marketing efforts across a diverse range of channels while ensuring alignment with our global business objectives. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our key Western cluster markets—Australia / New Zealand, the US, UK and Europe — balancing global consistency with local relevance. If you're an agile, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for cross-market growth strategies and achieving impactful results, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do :
Performance Optimization : Analyze and act on performance metrics to continuously improve channel efficiency, ROI, and customer engagement.
What You'll Need : Experience & skills
Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth and strategy, ideally experience working with Western markets brands
Channel Strategy Management : Maintain an overview of key marketing channels, with deep expertise in at least two of :
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure strategies are effectively driving organic growth in these key regions.
