Core Purpose
Responsible for working closely with the Pureprofile client base, the Project Consultant will oversee and manage the entire campaign delivery process and will be tasked with demonstrating proactive client engagement and building a reputation for reliable and flawlessly executed projects that are always on time and to budget.
Core Accountabilities
- Assisting on tasks where required which may include :
- Team process improvements
- Salesforce improvements to assist the team to work more efficiently and consistently on a daily basis
- Assisting with auditing for accreditation purposes
- Working with others in the business to enhance the offering / services of the delivery team
- Identifying systemic issues for review and continuous improvements
- Profiling expansion and gap analysis
Operations
Manage complete project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and / or consumer requirementsReceiving and clarifying the client project briefs and tasksArranging kick-off calls and updating project specs into a statement of workReviewing survey questionnaires for design / experience (incl. mobile optimization) and consulting for best practiceEffective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externallyDecision management when engaging outside suppliers, costs and commissioningSample / Quota Management and fulfilmentData and quality assurance checks actionedData and report generationProtecting the consumer experienceCompliance on best practicesAdministration
Ensuring detailed project briefs / specs are accurately documented in SalesforceCreating and updating daily progress reports and solutionsInvoicing per completed project specifications and company processesEnsuring all project details are documented per required accreditations and policiesShift Timing
9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Singapore time
About You
3-5 years’ experience in Project Management / Account Management role or equivalent in the Market Research IndustryProven ability to manage a high number of complex projects to a high standard at any given timeExperience working within the SE Asia Market Research industryProven experience and excellence in panel solutions, delivery and operational accountabilitiesKnowledgeable in Chinese, Cantonese, Hokkien, or other relevant dialectsWhy Join Us
