Principal

The Role

We are looking for a Principal with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and cultural context of a Malay school. You will be responsible for leading the entire pre-opening process, ensuring a seamless launch, and building a strong, culturally-aligned school community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the cultural and operational alignment of our Melody standards to best fit the unique needs of Malay children, in close collaboration with our HQ Curriculum, Operations, and Events teams.
• Recruit and lead a team of dedicated teachers, ensuring all staff are fully prepared and aligned with the school's vision and standards.
• Design and facilitate a comprehensive 5-week teacher onboarding program, including mock teaching sessions, to prepare them for classroom delivery and operational procedures.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the new branch, from daily operations to curriculum implementation.
• Champion the school's culture, fostering a positive and collaborative environment for staff, students, and parents.
• Conduct final readiness reviews and ensure all systems are in place for a successful branch launch.
