Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily spa operations including reception, treatment rooms, retail, and wellness areas.
• Ensure compliance with Sofitel service standards, SOPs, and brand identity guidelines.
• Monitor treatment quality and consistency through regular inspections and guest feedback.
• Maintain adequate inventory of products, linens, and spa supplies with cost control measures.
