Spa Therapist

Job Summary

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional and personalized spa treatments to hotel guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role includes performing a variety of massage, body, and beauty therapies while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and hygiene. The Spa Therapist also promotes spa services and products, enhances guest satisfaction, and contributes to creating a luxurious and memorable stay experience in line with the hotel's standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; certification / diploma in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments preferred.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques, body and beauty treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and pleasant personality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
