What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Understand client business models (D2C, B2B, services) to align marketing with growth outcomes.
- Lead weekly and monthly / quarterly review meetings with clients.
- Coordinate closely with strategists, media buyers, and creatives to meet campaign goals.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Track timelines and deliverables, addressing risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Review and interpret performance reports, emphasizing key business KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, and long-term client renewal.
