Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Prepare and maintain company records, contracts, invoices, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as leave management, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
Business Development
Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.Follow up with clients on enquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Job Type : Full-time
