Site Safety Supervisor

About the role

As a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) at Rentasil Sdn Bhd (Bintang Kejora Sdn Bhd) , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance at our construction sites in Tuaran, Sabah. This full-time position is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety among our workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting daily site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
• Developing and implementing site-specific safety plans and procedures
• Providing on-site safety training and toolbox talks to educate workers on safe practices
• Investigating and reporting on incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and preventive measures
• Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to safety activities
• Collaborating with project managers and other site personnel to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of construction operations
