About the Role
As our Email Marketing Manager , you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across several regions. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, PR, and e-commerce teams to deliver consistent, on‑brand messaging that converts. This position is fast‑paced and performance‑oriented, offering the opportunity to work with international markets and cutting‑edge marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple markets (US, CA, AU, UK, INT, HK, KR)
- Maintain the email marketing calendar and align all campaigns with active promotions
- Write, edit, and optimize email and SMS copy to drive engagement and conversions
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and clients for creative approvals
- Set up, test, and schedule campaigns using Klaviyo (email) and Postscript (SMS)
- Request and manage weekly campaign assets for all local stores
- Implement and schedule weekly email campaigns (3–4x per week for global markets; 3x per week for HK & KR)
- Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns and collaborate with Wunderkind on promotions and A / B testing
- Develop and optimize automated email flows , sign‑up forms, and pop‑ups
- Work with internal teams on wholesale and PR‑related email campaigns
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, including removing negative feedback when appropriate
- Coordinate with Shopify for email promotions and discount codes
- Track and analyze Optimonk sign‑ups and campaign performance
- Send daily performance reports and maintain the Instagram Story content calendar
- Conduct A / B testing on email flows and Optimonk forms for continuous improvement
- Refine audience segmentation for better targeting and results
- Perform ad hoc marketing and reporting tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
2–3 years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns (preferably in e‑commerce or D2C)Proficiency with Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify, Wunderkind, and Optimonk (or similar tools)Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for brand tone and conversion‑focused messagingProven experience with A / B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign analyticsExcellent project management skills—able to handle multiple campaigns and markets simultaneouslyStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailPersonal Qualities
