Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
At least SPM graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong proficiency in Mandarin (both reading & writing) and able to communicate in basic EnglishGood typing speed with excellent written communication and comprehension skillsAble to multitask effectively and manage time wellWilling to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPrior experience in customer service will be an added advantageJob Benefits
