Your Mission

• Examine and treats minor ailments
• May dispense medicines, give inoculations and perform minor surgery such as lancing and draining local infection.
• Admits patients and arranges for seriously ill cases to be transferred to the Government hospital when necessary.
• Arrange for patients’ diet and account for them. Prepare and maintains standard records and accounts.
• Prepares medical requisitions and accounts for the receipts and issue of drugs and medicines.
• Participates in preventive health program.
• Reports on workmen’s compensation / SOCSO cases.
• Give first aid treatment in emergencies.
• Performs such other statutory duties as may be required under the Labour Code or any other law.
• Trained effectively on the effects of poisons to assist in protecting the health of all employees exposed to poison.
• Continuous medical health surveillance must be carried out.
• Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA)
• Ensure agrochemical are used in a way that does not endanger health or the environment (RSPO Criterion 4.6)
• Occupational Safety & Health is documented, effectively communicate and implemented (RSPO Criterion 4.7)
