Your Mission
- Examine and treats minor ailments
- May dispense medicines, give inoculations and perform minor surgery such as lancing and draining local infection.
- Admits patients and arranges for seriously ill cases to be transferred to the Government hospital when necessary.
- Arrange for patients’ diet and account for them. Prepare and maintains standard records and accounts.
- Prepares medical requisitions and accounts for the receipts and issue of drugs and medicines.
- Participates in preventive health program.
- Reports on workmen’s compensation / SOCSO cases.
- Give first aid treatment in emergencies.
- Performs such other statutory duties as may be required under the Labour Code or any other law.
- Trained effectively on the effects of poisons to assist in protecting the health of all employees exposed to poison.
- Continuous medical health surveillance must be carried out.
- Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA)
- Ensure agrochemical are used in a way that does not endanger health or the environment (RSPO Criterion 4.6)
- Occupational Safety & Health is documented, effectively communicate and implemented (RSPO Criterion 4.7)
