Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Handling inside sales activities from outbound calls for IT hardware industry
• Establish, nurture, and grow share of wallet with the account list as account manager and acquire new accounts
• Build future pipeline and comprehend customer buying power and trend
• Generate new and repeat orders from account list by identifying customer requirements, needs and expectations in product information, up-selling, cross-selling, and solution selling
• Support end-to-end sales processes from qualifying, proposing, generating quotations, following up with customers to close deals, ensuring customers receive orders in a timely manner and are pleased with the products and services from Lenovo
• Provide feedback on market competition, pricing, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders and teammates on a daily basis to achieve sales activity and progress
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain professionalism and technical knowledge by attending product training, coaching sessions, establishing personal networks, etc.
