Job description

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in solar plant operations.
Previous supervisory experience in the solar industry is preferred.

Soft Skills

Leadership and team management abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the daily operation of the solar plant, ensuring optimal performance.

Supervise plant operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.

Analyze system performance data to detect inefficiencies or faults.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols.

Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and servicing.

Coordinate with the management team for workforce planning and recruitment.

Monitor Plant SCADA.

Monitor routine works such as grass cutting, PV panel works and related.
