Job Responsibilities :
Prompt submission of daily, weekly and monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
Assist Manager to establish, deploy and oversee standard operation procedures to ensure smooth operations.
To audit check the retail stock regularly.
To monitor and update promoter sales report.
To participate in company activities and training to increase knowledge and skills.
Any other operational duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
MUST have great knowledge in Microsoft excel.
Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
Attention to details and figures. Able to submit report according to different timeline.
Good communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess own transport.
Having experience in Google Office is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh.
Chinese is preferable.
