The Operations Executive will handle order processing, returns management, and operational support to ensure smooth supply chain flow across SEA markets. The role requires close collaboration with 3PLs and cross-functional teams to achieve timely order fulfilment and excellent customer experience.

Description

• Manage sales orders (B2B, B2C, non-sales) and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse and transport partners for distribution efficiency.
• Oversee order book management, reporting, and analysis against sales projections.
• Manage returns, reverse logistics, and inter-store stock transfers.
• Provide operational support to drive sales and customer experience excellence.
• Support audits, compliance, data reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
