Job descriptionHandle contracts, licensing, and agreements related to artists, vendors, and external partners. Prepare operational and financial reports for management review. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments. Production Development & Management Work closely with artists, creative teams, and technical crews to deliver high-quality outputs. Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure all productions comply with brand identity, creative direction, and industry standards. Supervise rehearsals, recordings, stage setups, and event execution. Identify and manage risks to avoid production delays or quality issues. Monitor production costs and optimize resources to ensure cost efficiency. Manage procurement of production materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and partners to secure favorable terms. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event / Production Management, Mass Communication, or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration and production / project management (preferably in music, events, or entertainment industry). Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written). Knowledge of entertainment industry trends, event regulations, and music production processes. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and production scheduling software.
Administration & Production Development Manager (SN Legacy - Artist management)

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administration, coordinating production activities, and ensuring smooth execution of music, events, and entertainment projects.
This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and creativity to balance operational efficiency with the dynamic demands of the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities

Manage overall administrative functions, including office management.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production projects (albums, singles, music videos, concerts, and events).
