Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote IT training services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Issue invoices to clients and manage payment processes.
• Obtain signatures on contracts and ensure proper documentation.
• Facilitate smooth communication with clients through documents and email correspondence.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities such as events, marketing ideas, and sales initiatives.
• Attend educational workshops or seminars to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets, converting prospects into sales.
• Manage key accounts, handle customer requirements, and collaborate with support teams.
