Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate sales activities from customer approach to order placement, tracking sales leads, preparing quotations / proposals, order taking and confirmation.
- Support sales activities such as handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, raising export documents, submitting documents to customers, following up on supply schedules, and coordinating with production teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day administration of contract documents, including drafting standard templates, stamping signed contracts and maintaining proper contract storage.
- Assist in initiating pricing actions and calculating product profitability.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, sales lead summaries, and price and profitability trends to evaluate sales performance by month, quarter and year.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies to customers and conduct financial evaluations for each business case to support investment decision‑making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or an equivalent field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, customer / vendor management, or supply chain functions.Strong understanding of sales and administration processes and customer management.Excellent communication skills, effective presentations and negotiation ability.Proactive, capable of multitasking, and a fast learner.Additional SAP knowledge and skill is an advantage.Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Benefits
