Sales Support Executive

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required documents.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Coordinate with clients on order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Communicate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests.

Track sales performance and generate periodic reports for management.

Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

Support the sales, technical and management team in organizing meetings, presentations, and events.
