Your mission :
- Chat, DM, email, or call – meet customers where they are and help them out with speed, empathy, and clarity.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues like a pro (don't worry, we'll train you).
- Spot trends in customer feedback and pass on the tea to improve our products and services.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Stay sharp on our products, promos, policies – and bring that knowledge to the convo.
- Work with different teams to solve real problems
Working Hours & Schedule :
Shift-based schedule between Monday to Sunday5 working days per week with 2 off days, based on rotating weekly scheduleJob Types : Full-time, Contract
Pay : Up to RM3,000.00 per month
