Job Scope :
To handle all types of customers from various channels including correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries. Each Customer Service Professional will ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
