We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients' social media presence and performance. This role requires someone who can manage client expectations, plan content calendars, brainstorm fresh ideas, and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective social campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their brand voice, goals, and target audience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients’ overall marketing objectives.
- Plan, manage, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Brainstorm new content ideas, campaign concepts, and innovative ways to increase engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams such as videographers, editors, and designers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
