Job descriptionManaging and building strong, long-term client relationships Making client calls and follow-ups to schedule appointments Attending and presenting during client meetings Welcoming new clients and guiding them through our services Listening actively to client feedback and offering tailored solutions Upselling and cross-selling to expand our client base Keeping clients updated on the latest offerings and promotions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Mandarin-speaking ability is a strong advantage Confident on the phone and comfortable meeting new people A go-getter attitude and customer-first mindset Good time management and multitasking ability Fresh graduates, ex-cabin crew, and service / retail professionals welcome!
