Purchasing Executive (Location : Pandamaran HQ, Klang)

Job descriptionLiaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation. Look for new suppliers & conduct market surveys from time to time. Understand the consumer needs and the market trend. Control stock flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Monitor and manage stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecasts. Process payment arrangements, invoices, and purchase orders. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Minimum Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Interested in grocery / fresh / non-food product.
- Mandarin literate is an added advantage.
- Preferably 2 years working experience at similar position.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang.
