QMS Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced QMS person who has the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in quality, accuracy, security, and safety. The specialist will be charged with developing a complete QMS programs that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.

Job Summary :

• Responsible for effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company.
• To ensure effective implementation of CAPA responses and CAPA closure times as per internal guidelines or as per timeline required by Clients.
• As the Document Controller (DC), to review and manage the document control function ensuring documents are initiated, reviewed, revised, and filed and archived in a timely and compliant manner. Work within the company to improve the document control process through training another process improvements.
• Coordinate and maintain incident Report / Deviation / Non-conformance / Out of Specification.
• Handling of customer complaints by preparing clear and concise reports within the established timeframes by coordinating with the required personnel and ensuring a full root cause analysis is carried out and proper countermeasure is taken.
• Support and monitor the continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare & follow up Internal, External Audit and Regulatory Audit Corrective & Preventive Action Plan (CAPA).
• To report on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. To ensure that there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
• To attend, participate, and conduct meetings including cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned / appropriate
