Telephone Operator

Requirements & Qualifications

• Able to commit to 3 shifts (morning, afternoon & night)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of hospital layout and services preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
