Job descriptionDegree in Dietitian / Nutritionist or related sciences. 3 or more years of sales, marketing or market access experience in healthcare sector. Discipline in execution and follow up of activities to achieve desired results Strong ownership and result-oriented with a sense of urgency. Self-motivated and self-discipline. Good communication skills both verbal and written coupled with good analytical skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel
Job Responsibilities :
- To establish Appeton Wellness Nutrition as a leading brand within hospital formularies and drive adoption among healthcare professionals and patients.
- Conduct targeted product sampling, educational presentations to key decision-makers including Hospital Dietitians, Oncologists, Geriatricians, Surgeons, and Pharmacists and progressive lobby for product uptake among the professional setting.
- Proactively identify, track, manage and create tender opportunities.
- To secure product listings in hospital formularies, social welfare platforms and patients' program.
- Assist marketing in participation of medical events & conferences to increase brand visibility.
- Build overall brand awareness and drive demand creation within the hospital channel.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product portfolios.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive territory strategy and drive penetration.
