Production Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• To track daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• To compile and update workload schedule.
• To liaise with maintenance department and assist on annual inspection needs.
• To liaise with painting supervisors and inspectors to ensure smooth operations in the paint shop.
• To address and resolve issues related to painting processes promptly, not limit on consumables, machine, tool, and lifting arrangement with supports and lifting gears.
• To lead and support the production team in the Factory Manager's absence.
• To foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• To identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce waste.
• To implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
• To ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• To conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions.
