Job Description
- Assist Production Manager to manage the production schedule and monitor the overall production output levels
- Update Daily Priority Task
- Work closely with the Product Development team in formulating and scaling new products whilst maintaining quality and consistency and adherence to the SOP and recipes.
- Supervising the production team, support staff, managing work schedules, training and development, and performance evaluation for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining and enforcing strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout in accordance with Halal, HACCP standards and in accordance with government regulations. .
- Maintain accurate records
