Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) : Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent. JOB SPECIFICATION
- Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
