Overview
To provide Level 1 support to existing resellers / customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support for Telephony and Networking products
Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
Testing products for RMA approval
Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications
Good team player
Good communication skills
Fast learner
Ability to work independently
Must be able to communicate in English, other languages will be an advantage
Preferred Experience
IP Networking Based technology
Basic IP Telephony technology
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Experienced candidates will be remunerated accordingly
