Job descriptionDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, KOL / influencer management, or brand marketing (preferably in beauty or lifestyle industry). Strong understanding of Instagram content strategies and influencer dynamics. Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding. Strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in using marketing tools, social media platforms, and influencer platforms. Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities :
- Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel strategies with a focus on Instagram.
- Manage end-to-end influencer and KOL campaigns, from sourcing to performance analysis.
- Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms, packaging, and product design.
- Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to forecast ROI and campaign impact.
- Plan and execute beauty events, influencer activations, and product launches while supporting ad-hoc marketing needs.
