Overview
Job Summary : The Marketing Specialist / Manager, F&B Group reports to the Head of Marketing / CEO. The Marketing Specialist / Manager is a creative and data-driven individual who lives and breathes all things food. They are responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that not only grows our brands but also tells the story of our food. This role will lead our digital presence, create compelling content, and engage our community to drive customer loyalty and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), analyzing metrics to optimize content performance.
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and manage the company\'s website to improve visibility and user experience.
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Content Creation & Storytelling : Lead content creation, develop a consistent and engaging content calendar, write compelling copy and create high-quality visual content that showcases our food, chefs, and the overall dining experience, and tell the story behind our dishes, ingredients, and people to build an emotional connection with our customers. Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to capture unique content and brand moments.
- Brand Management & Community Engagement : Maintain and enhance the F&B group\'s brand image and voice across all communication channels; actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages to foster a loyal following; coordinate with partners and influencers for collaborations that align with brand values; organize and promote events, both in-person and virtual, to drive customer engagement.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Digital Reach (website traffic, social media followers, email list growth); Engagement (social media engagement rates, open rates, click-through rates); Content Performance (best-performing content by likes, shares, comments); ROI (return on investment for paid digital campaigns).
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and a strong portfolio of content creation.A genuine passion for food and the F&B industry, with a deep understanding of restaurant culture.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).What We Offer :
