Job descriptionInteract with international clients to understand project needs and pitch tailored solutions. Conduct video / voice calls, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships. Prepare detailed business proposals, project estimates, and scope documents. Ensure accuracy and clarity in technical and commercial terms. Identify new client segments and explore potential markets. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and bidding trends to maximize success. Consistently close projects and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets. Upsell additional services such as SEO, web development, and digital marketing. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals. 2–3 years of proven experience in online bidding and business development within IT or digital marketing. Strong expertise on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Skilled in client interaction, requirement gathering, and relationship building. Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, SEO, social media, etc.). Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Do you have 2–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development specifically in the IT / digital marketing domain? Are you experienced in using freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, or Fiverr for lead generation? How would you rate your English communication skills (verbal and written) when interacting with international clients? Do you have knowledge of IT services such as web / app development, SEO, and social media marketing ? Are you based in Malaysia and available to join immediately (or within 1 month)?
