About the role

Benz Auto Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the communication between our clients and our skilled technicians. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our reputable automotive service centre.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle concerns and requirements
• Inspecting vehicles, diagnosing issues, and providing accurate cost and time estimates for required repairs or maintenance
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain the work to be carried out and obtain their approval
• Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work and keeping customers informed of progress
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and work performed
• Promoting and selling additional services and products to meet the needs of our customers
