About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Project Manager
with proven experience in managing large-scale events, brand activations, and integrated marketing campaigns. This is a
remote role
, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners across different locations to ensure seamless delivery of impactful projects. While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for key events or on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of events and activations, from concept development to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
- Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, production, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality projects aligned with client objectives.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, serving as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality assurance, and adherence to campaign objectives across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and agencies to secure resources and negotiate deliverables.
- Monitor risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event operations and activations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management for events, activations or integrated marketing campaigns.Strong track record of delivering large-scale events and activations.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace.Comfortable collaborating remotelyWillingness to travel occasionally for events, site visits, or client meetings as required.Nice-to-Have
Experience working on high visibility events or campaigns.Background in creative agencies, marketing, events production or brand activation.Familiarity with sustainability and innovation in event design.
