Responsibilities

• Assist partners in drafting cause papers and preparing for cases, hearings, and / or trials.
• Attend case management sessions independently.
• Conduct legal analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases.
• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions on various legal issues.
• Efficiently manage assigned portfolios and files, such as organizing documents, maintaining case calendars, and tracking deadlines.
