Job description

Handle full set of accounts including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month / year-end closing

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).

Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in budgeting.

Monitor cash flow, petty cash and sales collection

Review supplier invoices, reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items.

Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure proper filing and documentation.

Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.
