Job description

Salary : MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000 Per Month + Commission

Location : Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Requirements :

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
1+ year experience in sales (IT / technology industry preferred)
Experience with solution selling approach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to accept additional tasks for company benefit

Responsibilities :

Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone / WhatsApp

Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify opportunities

Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback

Exceed KPIs including daily connection targets and task completion

Utilize AI tools to optimize sales processes and client engagement

Maintain regular communication with key accounts

Develop account strategies for business growth

Provide regular sales performance reports
