About the job Sales Executive, Japanese Speaker ( Penang / PJ)

Responsibilities :
- Be in charge of Japanese customers in Southeast Asia as Sales PIC and handle daily
enquiries on quotation, delivery, quality, environmental, legal, financial, technical andother related service.
Communicate with internal parties and customers to optimize customer satisfactionwhile considering company's interest / policy and having good communication, timemanagement problem solving to handle wide-ranging transactions and issues.Conduct face-to-face or online meetings with customers or internal parties to maintaingood relationship, to know customers production trend to budget sales amount or todiscuss daily topics.Make an effort to avoid or clear long term inventory and update the status in variousinternal tools.Some Business trips will be required, whenever assigned, to visit our overseascustomers.To be engaged in the Company's expansion into new business sectors that is beyondsemiconductor distribution.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in any disciplineBasic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering will be beneficialJapanese language proficiency (N2 or above) or if not sufficient yet, willing to skill upWorking experiences in semiconductor or electronics (min 2-3 years) or strongJapanese educational background or / and working experience in JapanGood communication skills with pleasant personality to work in teamGood analytical skills with meticulous attitude, logical thinking & problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experiences with ERP system likeOracle / SAPKnowledge of Incoterms, export / import & logistics (warehouse / forwarding) will beadvantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
