Job Summary
As our Project Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of project operations — from the first cost estimate to final handover. You’ll work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and our internal team to prepare take-offs, manage quotations, issue purchase orders, and keep financial records in check. Your reports and coordination will help keep every project on time, on budget, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Taking-Off / Bill of Quantities (BQ) for enquired projects.
- Consolidate project details and share with suppliers / subcontractors.
- Collect subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and review with superior.
- Issue Letters of Award / Purchase Orders to selected parties.
- Compile quotations / invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, completion reports, and final defect / inspection lists.
Qualifications
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.Fresh graduates are welcome! (1–2 years of relevant experience is a bonus.)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets; basic understanding of CAD / SketchUp.Comfortable communicating in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (good to have).Why Join Us
