This position purpose to leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's human resources & administrative department.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : You collaborate with top management to understand the organization's strategic direction. Based on this, you develop HR strategies that support the overall business goals. This could involve workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- Talent Management : You oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and career progression. Your goal is to ensure that the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right positions to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Employee Engagement : You develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. This might include conducting employee surveys, implementing feedback mechanisms, organizing team‑building activities, and recognizing and rewarding high performers.
- Change Management : You play a key role in managing organizational change, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or new technology implementations. This involves communication, training, and supporting employees through transitions to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
- HR Metrics and Analytics : You utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. This might involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, productivity, engagement levels, and diversity metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management : You ensure that HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This includes staying up-to-date on employment laws, conducting audits, and implementing measures to mitigate risks related to issues such as discrimination, harassment, and labor relations.
- Strategic Partnerships : You collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure that HR strategies are integrated with overall business strategies. Building strong partnerships across the organization enables you to better understand business needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Qualifications
At least with Bach Degree in HR Management / Business Admin or any related fieldMinimum of 7 years in HR managerial roleSkills and abilities :Conversant with HR strategic matters and local employment lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Highly motivated self‑starter.Ability to multitask and complete assignments with time constraints and deadlines.Seniority level
